For what purposes are your personal data used and which personal data are processed

Upon registration to the mailing list or newsletter, the User's e-mail address is automatically added to a list of contacts to which e-mail messages containing information relating to the company or financial instruments of which the company is advisor/investment manager may be transmitted.

Personal Data collected: name, surname and e-mail address.

Communication of personal data abroad.

Your personal data may be disclosed abroad only in recipient States for which the Federal Council has established legislation that guarantees adequate data protection.

How long are your data stored

LCP Livingston Capital Partners SA will process and store your personal data for as long as you want to receive the mails/newsletters mentioned in the subject. When this activity ceases, your data will be deleted.

Within LCP Livingston Capital Partners SA, every organizational unit and every external data processor who needs it to comply with their contractual and legal obligations, as well as to protect their legitimate interests, will have access to your data.
